Batch type plants, fixed, mobile and ultra compact/ultra mobile plants, with production from 60 to 300 t/h, depending on the site layout.

BE TOWER PLANTS (95 - 200 t/h)

The new generation of MARINI BE-TOWER batch plants is designed to combine the traditional features of performance and technology with new high levels of fatigue resistance plus easy use and maintenance, while maintaining all the essential simplicity.
The modular design, even in its basic version, provides all the necessary fundamentals for managing and producing asphalt mixes. It is perfect for clients wanting an up-to-date plant without forfeiting the reliability and the advantages of the traditional plants.

BE TOWER underlines the concept of transportability with its containerized modules which make transfer into a quick, easy and economical operation – and also more secure. 

At any moment in time, whenever the need arises, optional extras can also be added, like RAP feed into the mixer (up to 30% for BE TOWER 1500, up to 40 % for the other), as well as warm mix asphalt kits and much more too.

The BE TOWER has been designed by MARINI to guarantee a solid non-stop performance, and at the same time to offer a concentration of technology and innovation where maintenance is made easy for the plant technicians.

High Level Performance. This highly functional and efficient plant is the result of constant dialogue with our clients together with over 50 years’ experience in the sector. The compact nature of the site with maximum use of space results in considerable reduction in assembly time and maintenance. The modular lay out gives the client the chance to add new modules whenever necessary, which means that he can cater for different working requirements over time. Thanks to the lengthy experience of our technical team, MARINI can offer assistance in the upgrading of the plant with innovative and state-of-the-art solutions, which comply perfectly with even the strictest quality controls.

Energy saving.
Optimized gas circuit, completely insulated modules, high efficiency burner to limit energy dispersion and fuel consumption: this is the attention to detail that makes all the difference and ensures the correct operation of the asphalt plant as a whole, without any useless energy waste.

The MARINI XPRESS mobile batch plants have the strongpoint of being transportable on pneumatic tyres. It is the first plant to combine quick installation with operational cost cutting.

With XPRESS you get practical transport of plant components without exceeding road transport dimensions, in record time and with no road escort. XPRESS can be erected and dismantled quickly with the aid of a small crane, without effecting the quality of operations and making considerable savings.

Erection operations are just like a real and proper transformation of the main plant trailer.

  1. The screen is electrically transported to the top of the tower
  2. The main trailer is hydraulically lifted
  3. The elevator is turned to reach the final position

A sequence of user-friendly operations and the self-erection kit cuts out the necessity of using third parties to complete the installation. Ample access spaces are provided throughout the plant to ensure better safety and rapidity of all maintenance operations.

Full optionals & high quality level. Flexibility is an absolute priority for MARINI. In addition to a system for producing foam bitumen (Solufoam) when producing WMA at low temperatures, XPRESS can be fitted with a series of optionals, ranging from the traditional MARINI recycling ring to a cold recycling solution in the mixer. Thanks to this new innovative design, considerably high levels of recycling can be achieved, both from the environment-friendly and cost-friendly points of view – using from 25% to 40% RAP in certain cases.

MARINI combines technology and experience to achieve quality and reliability in all its component parts. XPRESS can be fitted with special MARINI ENDURANCE anti-wear plates, which can resist abrasion for up to 6 times more than plates made from traditional material.
